No Bake Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Snacks

Makes 12 cookies

1cup rolled oats

½ cup raw Cacao or raw Super Food blend

1cup peanut, almond, or cashew butter

½ cup raw honey

¼ cup raisins or dried fruit

¼ cup chocolate chips (dark chocolate or carob chips)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Mix ingredients and let mix sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll mixture into 2” balls.
  3. On wax paper or greased baking sheet, form cookies or keep in round shape.
  4. Refrigerate or enjoy as is!

    thanks! we need ideas like this so gramas can make chocolatey treats without turning on their oven in the hot Valley summers and falls. Great for grandkids’ after-the-game team treat. Gooooooooo, kids!
