Skin-Glow Sulfur Salad

Serves 4

1 cup Arugula
1 cup Watercress
4 leaves Lacinto Kale
1 cup sliced Celery

Dressing:  3 medium tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
½ cup water
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
12 kalamata olives
2 tablespoons olive juice
1 clove garlic

Blend all together, add to salad.
