Watermelon, lime, and cardamom Smoothie

1/8 lime

1/8 tsp cardamom

2 c watermelon

Cut the watermelon into bite sized chunks, removing any pits (in Latino countries the pits are included). Put watermelon into the blender and squeeze in a wedge of lime per serving. Add the cardamom. Puree in blender. To serve, pour in a decorative glass and garnish with a wedge of lime and/or a light dusting of cardamom on top.
