Crunchy Brussels Sprouts Salad with Sesame Ginger Dressing

2 handfuls Brussels #1 cone 

1 carrot #2 cone

Wedge of Purple cabbage #2 cone

Dressing:

2 T sesame oil

2 T avo oil

2 T rice vinegar 

2 T coco aminos 

1 T pure maple syrup 

1 T ginger minced #1 cone

2 cloves garlic minced #1 cone 


Crunchies for topping: Cashews, Roasted chickpeas 

Mix all ingredients together and add dressing to taste. Save crunchies until ready to serve and eat.

Optional add ins: red bell pepper, sliced green onion, cilantro, parsley, tomatoes, avocado, almonds, tahini for creamy dressing
